June was wild. I wrapped up A Snare So Beautifully Twisted and finished my reader magnet, All the Wicked Things We Heal. Writing-wise? I hit over 166,000 words this month—which is both terrifying and amazing. Let’s just say there were a lot of feral 10k word “writing goblin” days. Honestly? I love those days. When the world fades and I’m completely consumed by the story—it’s magic. I’m so grateful I have the space in my life right now to chase that kind of creative flow.
Now for the confession: I’m a little (okay, a lot) obsessed with Myrddin, the MMC in All the Wicked Things We Heal. His soft dominance? Yeah. It’s doing things to me. I’ve got a million ideas for more stories with him and Tamsyn, but for now I have to focus on finishing A Crown of Rime and Ashes.
That’s my July writing project—hoping to hit my word count by mid-month so I can stay on track for a September release. Fingers crossed!
